On Wednesday 24th March, WiC PM for Cambridgeshire, Shelley Lawrence, met with Platinum WiC Members Hill on Facebook Live to discuss pathways into construction.

Shelley was joined by Hill’s Lucy Wallace, Trainee Site Manager, Amy Dockerill, Trainee Contract Surveyor and Isabel Selim, Trainee Site Manager. All three shared information about their roles, detailed their pathways into the industry and discussed their experiences working in construction.

Shelley also spoke about the opportunities available on the Cambridgeshire WiC programme – including a virtual work experience week with Hill starting Monday 26th April.
