Adding, “I am looking forward to being part of the delivery team for the Moving on Up Programme as it is an exciting blend of facilitation, individual work, and group networking.  It merges the learning of the women and that of the organisations they aspire to make their career.  It uniquely layers self-reflection, accountability, invests in ‘growing our own’ and creates a pipeline of talent.”

“Why do I do this?  I believe in and am committed to Accentuating the Positive and Releasing the potential …. and I do exactly that!”
