Women into Construction Kensington & Chelsea Employment Programme
WiC are working in partnership with the Kensington & Chelsea Foundation, Hollick Family Foundation, Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team, The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and major construction employers working in the borough including Ardmore, Bouygues UK, Durkan, Mitie Property Services, Thames Water, United Living and Walter Lilly to deliver the Women into Construction Kensington & Chelsea Employment Programme.
The programme offers:
- 1-2-1 advice and guidance
- CSCS training
- Work placements
- Remote mentoring
- CV, application and interview advice
- Employment brokerage
Our next group 5 week employment programme will be in Spring 2024, but in the meantime we are accepting applications for 1-1 support, training and placements – arranged on an ad-hoc basis with our participating employers.
